Production Guidelines
Product Guidelines:

The Grafton line features uncoated as well as coated and embossed options.

Folding and Scoring:

Grafton scores and folds well and has excellent hinge characteristics.

Foil Stamping:

Grafton yields excellent results when foil stamped.and embossing. Consult your foil supplier for recommendation based on artwork.

Offset Printing:

Select 100% oxidizing inks with good rub resistance. Grafton coated grades may require additional drying time; drying additives may help. We recommend  using a 50-52 micron spray powder. Adjust the micron size to match ink coverage. For the uncoated grades, large areas of solid coverage may require a second hit or an additional screen tint to achieve full color value. Consult your ink supplier for best results.
